We are Women with a purpose and a destiny.
Our foundational scripture, mission and statement of purpose along with our motto
will give you a good picture of what we believe and our goals.
"The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring
good news to the afflicted, and freedom to prisoners; To proclaim the favorable
year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all who mourn,
To grant those who mourn in Zion, giving them a garland instead of ashes, the oil
of gladness instead of mourning. The mantle of praise instead of a spirit of
fainting. So the will be called oaks of righteousness,
the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified."
The mission of Bethel Church Women's Ministries is to touch the lives of
women with the Spirit of the Lord and see the transforming power of
Jesus Christ manifested in their everyday life, their sleeping, eating, going
to work and walking around life, to disciple them and release them to
minister to others.
Recognizing that God has anointed women and He is raising them up to speak
into lives of those that are brokenhearted and in bondage to this world.
Releasing women to be all that God would have them be.
Reaching the lost and imparting to them the overcoming power of Christ.
Raising monies to further the Kingdom of God on the mission field and
in our community.
Rejoicing in the love of Christ towards one another.
